    I bought months ago, one washing machine Hotpoint 7Kg at £160 with him after a while water leaked with each wash. I went back to him the answer was : Why ? A stupid question. He promised to call and visit, and I never saw him.

    Fixed an appliance, but didn't. It malfunctioned shortly after. Contacted them again to state it had malfunctioned only to be told "You are welcome to take your business elsewhere" Utterly rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend this place.

    After failing to fix my fridge freezer went to Appliance corner and got a large fridge freezer with delivery included. For a bit more they took the old one away. They also changed the door direction for me to fit in my kitchen. Unfortunately, a day later there was a terrible noise which turned out to be the fan. They promised to replace the fan or find another fridge freezer for me. Luckily, they found a replacement part as I really like the fridge freezer. Now, apart from the odd whine, the freezer is working fine and has been for the last month. I would say if you want good secondhand goods with good follow up service then try Appliance Corner.
