   Initially went to the store to purchase a new set of running trainers. Their staff recommended I do gait analysis before trying on trainers because I might be purchasing a shoe unsuitable for my running style. Very knowledgeable staff who are willing to give you time to decide and help explain the difference between brands. If anyone has any doubts, do the gait analysis before buying any new shoes to save yourself from potential injuries!

   Really great service at this running shop! The two guys working there helped me out with a gait analysis and measured my feet to figure out the best shoes for my overpronation. They were super helpful and explained everything clearly. I ended up getting a pair of Saucony running shoes, and I’m loving them so far-they feel really comfortable and supportive. Definitely planning to shop here again next time I need new trainers!

   David recommended getting a size up, I didn’t think I wanted to, but I’m so glad I did. I would run long distances and bruise my toes and wouldn’t find the shoes very comfortable anymore in a previous pair of running shoes in the size I thought was right. I bought a pair of ONs at the Upminster store and they’re very comfortable and great to run in. David & Louis are both very friendly and have great customer service. Would defo recommend!

   Visited this shop today and David helped me find some new running shoes. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely a nice guy. I was in need of some new running shoes as my old asics had lost their comfort and support. I tried on 5 or 6 different pairs/brands and ran on a treadmill with each. He was patient with me deciding and was not pushy (towards expensive pairs say) at all. I would highly recommend this shop if you are in need of some new running shoes and David probably gave me the best customer service i've ever had. Thank you

   We came to RunActive about 3 weeks ago to look at the Brooks running shoes and hoping to get a gait analysis done for me. David was so helpful even though the shop was very busy that afternoon! He spent about an hour with us doing gait analysis. He is genuinely passionate about the right shoes but also emphasised, that with injuries, there's no magic answer for sale on the wall... :) My form was all over the place since having a baby and I need a pair of structured shoes. Eventually I (and my partner!) bought the Saucony Tempus and they are EXCEPTIONAL. Highly recommend - they are by far the most comfortable running shoes we have ever had. With pre and post run rehab over the last couple of weeks, plus the Saucony shoes I am pain free! Over the moon. Thanks David for your expert guidance. ☺️☺️

   Lovely small shop but stocks loads and does Gait analysis if you're not sure what shoes you need or are new to running! You can try on the shoes and even run on the treadmill to see how they are! Amazing! So you won't buy something then regret it! Very friendly staff and you get 1 hour free parking! No appointment needed for gait analysis either anymore!

   We visited as the shop came recommended for the gait analysis my wife was looking for. The customer service was excellent. The analysis was performed, trying a few different shoes with no pressure on time or commitment to purchase. The knowledgeable feedback was valuable in helping select the right shoe. I was so impressed I couldn't resist doing the same and after a couple of weeks I'mIstill loving the shoes. I can not give any higher recommendation and will not hesitate to return for my next pair.
