   Very grubby place, tables not cleared, food waste and rubbish on the floor. Dogs on the seats and slavering over the smaller tables. Toilet was a disgrace, not cleaned untidy and smelly. Overall not a pleasurable experience.

   Check what you're being charged! A few times now I have shown my blue light card but the member of staff hasn't applied the discount. They made out like they did but hadn't!! A lot of chatter goes on behind the counter and not a lot of focus. Depending on who makes a drink can depend on the quality of what you get too. Feels like it's not in tune with the company mission statement

   Jack, who served me, was really lovely. He was also efficient at serving and making drinks for multiple people whilst he was temporarily alone behind the bar. He never stopped moving but made sure to tell me to enjoy whilst handing off my drink, and even wrote enjoy on the cup which I thought was a nice touch.

   People make the place. Super friendly team that embody the spirit of the Starbies I worked at three decades ago. Great place to pop in and get some work done when a change of scenery is needed. The customers seem pretty friendly too.

   Coffee was so weak and bland even with it being an Americano. Quality is not up to the standard considering the price. That's a Starbucks issue though. The staff are amazing and atmosphere is great to work or chill in.

   Staff are fab. Food delicious and coffees made perfectly. Great place that is open a bit later than other coffee shops so great to visit at the end of the end.

   A really nice spacious coffee shop. Wheelchair and pram friendly, with comfy seats and a lift stairs lift. You can access from the many shopping street or Marks and Spencer car park.

   It was a bit grotty, dirty tables and things on the floor, the armchairs were dirty and full of crumbs. The two girls serving were pleasant but the coffee was luke warm. I'm sticking to Costa in future.
