   Absolute scum bag rip offs sold me a broken American style fridge and won’t come and fix or replace been rude abusive and threatened down the phone they also sell on Facebook under the same name stay away from them there unprofessional idiots that don’t have a clue what there doing this scum bag is picking up the phone and pretending he can’t hear me these pepole are going to get them selfs in big trouble ripping pepole off who are clearly looking for good price second hand appliances

   Terrible customer service. Lying incompetent criminal conman. "fixes" items, only to find out that its a very temporary fix. Refuse refund, sells broken rubbish. Items are hazardous, I bough a fridge freezer from him which stopped working within 3 days, it had leaked gas. I told him to collect it. He arrived a week later and regassed it, and it leaked again, this is what starts fires {Grenfell} he tried hard to replace it with another rubbish fridge, but I wasn't willing to risk it. And he did not expect to compensate me for the £50 of food that had spoiled.. He insisted that his van was broken down so he could not pick up his fridge. After 2 weeks I went to his shop to demand a refund, meanwhile someone phoned him to ask if he wanted some of their old used goods, and he promptly arranged to go and collect them, using his "broken" van. So I refused to leave without my refund and without him coming to collect the item. He became extremely aggressive and frustrated and decided to lock the door of his shop... I called the police to report him., and he still has not resolved the issue. Now I have to go through the citizens rights, and take him to a small claims court. He has been reported to trading standards. Maybe, hopefully they will shut him down. Avoid at all cost

   Beware of Dishonest Seller I recently had a dreadful experience with a seller who displayed the utmost dishonesty by selling me a broken kitchen appliance. The entire ordeal left me frustrated, disappointed, and with a strong urge to warn others about this unscrupulous seller. When I first came across this seller's listing online, the kitchen appliance appeared to be in excellent condition and was advertised as fully functional. It seemed like a great deal, so I proceeded with the purchase, eagerly anticipating its arrival. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when was clear that I had been sold a faulty and broken item. Naturally, I attempted to contact the seller to address the issue. However, my attempts to communicate with the seller were met with silence. It became increasingly apparent that this seller had no intention of rectifying the situation or providing any form of customer support. It was a blatant display of their dishonesty and lack of integrity. This kind of deceitful behavior is completely unacceptable and undermines the trust consumers place in online sellers. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this seller to proceed with caution. Do thorough research, read reviews, and seek alternative sellers who have a proven track record of honesty and reliability. By sharing my experience, I hope to prevent others from falling victim to the same deceptive tactics employed by this dishonest seller. In conclusion, my encounter with this dishonest seller was nothing short of a nightmare. The broken kitchen appliance, coupled with the seller's complete disregard for customer satisfaction, left me deeply disappointed. It is disheartening to know that such unethical individuals still operate within the marketplace. I implore others to stay vigilant and avoid dealing with this seller at all costs.

   Time wasters, they send me 3 ictures of washing mashine, when im select one he want bring me it at night. I told them any time on day but no night becouse i living in flat and i have small kids. Never come to me and dont pick up phones. Time wasters

   Terrible customer service, damaged an expensive tv he was supposed to repair, then lied about it, didnt fix the problem he was paid to fix, then refused to refund for his poor service. If you dont want to lose money, do not use this service.
