   Nice big airy space, and great to have the vegan cheesecake option here. Little hard to interact with staff who were juggling drive through on headsets, missed dusting on drink and a little confusing wait - but on the format more than the people.

   Nice clean place, warm, cosy. First visit (supposed to be) today. I was in the queue, one person in front of me. Staff was loud, no impressions of the faces a kinda ‘Karen’ attitude. I thought I could spend there a little time with a hot coffee and some cakes or sandwiches while awaiting the hospital results… Well, when it was my turn to order, the barista over shouted to the two delivery guys, like I wasn’t there… it is not a MUST for me to sit down, spending my money at all. I think that’s the issue with most of the similar places, the delivery has priority, not the people who wants an hour off of the daily routines, and just enjoying the coffee and cakes somewhere out’…. Yes, I mean NO… sorry. I bought the coffee in the neighbourhood, with a different chain.

   Worst hot chocolate I have ever had in my life ! Who fills a hot chocolate up like this . No marshmallows hardly any cream . Wouldn't mind if they was cheap! Worst Costa in Liverpool.

   Staff really set this Costa apart. The service is friendly, quick and they have a genuine care for their customers. The coffee is always done the way you ask (my mum has quite a specific coffee and everywhere else struggles to do it)
