    Staff are always so friendly here, and although it's usually super busy, service is quick, and you get the usual quality Starbucks drinks. However, it isn't the cleanest Starbucks. Cups and plates are removed from tables once finished, but the tables aren't wiped down on most occasions, and are left dirty with drink spills and crumbs from food. Toilet facilities are also always filthy.

    Highly enjoyable visit today around 4pm. Just popped in for coffees and all three staff members I spoke with were really friendly and polite especially the young man who took our order. Super fast, friendly experience and GiGI enjoyed her puppaccinno too!! Thanks guys.

    Always nice in here, our go to in Cheshire Oaks. Had a piece of Banana Cake, was like a biscuit but was replaced with a fresh piece straight away. Coffee is always spot on!

    This review is for the member of staff (male, brown hair and tattooed) who decided to come outside in the seating area and smoke a cigarette illegally in a public place across from my 4 week old newborn. If I wanted my babies lungs filled with smoke, I'd smoke myself. Sort your staff out Starbucks!

    Replaced my ancient green 16oz travel mug with a 16oz black one - there was no other choice in the shop and nothing online either. My green one is keeping a drink hot for 2-3 hours (originally 8 hours) due to the lid now allowing the heat to escape. The new shiny fabulous black one, at an eye watering price of Β£20, is managing a maximum of 3 hours. I can't really say I'm surprised given how lightweight (compared to my green one) it is and the relatively poor quality lid that it has. I have only used the black one 4 times - it is dreadful! You've lost yourselves a customer due to your extortionate pricing for inferior product.

    Poor service, slow, no seasonal drinks left at 11.30am. too busy serving Deliveroo orders than to serve the queue of 20 people standing the length of the shop. Long wait to get to order by which time we found the drinks we wanted were out if stock. So maybe for good customer service put a sign up so we don't queue for 20 minutes!! Staff member could not appreciate why this might be a good thing. She also couldn't work the app so my loyalty points weren't added.

    What an absolute disaster. Order was made up incorrectly, making hot drinks instead of iced. Baristas did not know which milk had been put in each drink either; as visitor being lactose intolerant and the other not this caused issues. Then charged for the privilege of having a cup despite not being listed clearly on the menu or informed by the staff. I don’t mind paying for a cup, but this was meant to be a sit-in order!
