   Won't be using this cafe again!There was a lady busy doing pizzas while the person who should have been serving was busy chatting instead of working-seemed like an inconvenience to her having to serve a customer!'Hot' water machine was lukewarm,no teaspoons supplied & nowhere to put used spoons(dessert) only on counter top-very unhygienic! I worked in catering for 36 years & we had to follow very stringent hygiene rules-don't know what's happened in this cafe!!

   Used to come here every week with dad until now. They have just got new owners and new suppliers and it shows. Our usual pizza and chips was awful. Pizza had zero flavour, stingy cheese at not as good quality as before and hardly any sauce and it was thinner than usual. Also the price was £10 for drink pizza and chips but is now £12.50. And is worse. Shame will have to find somewhere else to go on our shopping day.

   None of the hot and cold drinks machines are working and havnt been for a while. Come on Asda you have lovely cafe staff help them do their job.

   Never able to order anything on the menu its ridiculous. Its not cheap and the quality is rubbish. Its not clear what you get with kids meals. Not that your able to order what you want anyway. Service could be better although i get the staff are trying to work with what they have. Needs new management clearly

   The manager(ess) needs to change everything about this place - and quickly. The service merits four stars ONLY because of the wonderful Jo, who goes far above and beyond in her committment - always charging from the till back to the pizza and breakfast, going out to the elderly when help is needed, and just generally very helpful and busy, unlike 'some' of the other employees. She should be given a raise, or bonus, or made manageress herself and her talents are wasted here. The food is not very good, very limited choice, in fact. The coffee from the machine is one of the worst i have ever had anywhere, very bitter, another gripe is why do we have to wait until 12pm for the chips, and yet the english breakfast is served with chips anyway? Pensioners when getting the £1 soup treated like second class citizens when they are only given instant coffee. The cafe was actually much better years ago when it was across the other side of the upper floor. They need new menus, for eg they don't even really serve for eg. teacakes with jam. Nor sweet potato fries, and yet some other stores have much more on offer. All-in-all, the cafe is extremely poor, and Morrsions is better.

   Service was terrible, seemed like us being there was a massive inconvenience to them. Went at lunchtime and all they had to offer us was chips and gravy. My 4 year old had a ham sandwich which was 2 pieces of bread with a thin slice of ham, no butter etc, so made it very dry. Such a shame it could be a nice place been here twice now will not be giving them a 3rd try.

   They sell toast. But you are not allowed to buy toast if you are having bacon. Very silly place, won't eat here again. Food was disgusting.

   Came in the morning so not sure about the food that's served later on, but it was only £5 something for beans, 2 hash browns, 2 pieces of toast and a massive cup of coke. Food was nice and warm, and the staff were really polite and helpful especially since I hadn't visited before. Will definitely be going back :)

   Terrible chicken “burger” Actually it’s a out of date bun well microwaved and a piece of dry chewy bread chicken. no salad no sauce in it. Never again
