   Quite disappointed on the attitude I received from Claire. My sons hair is amazing unfortunately it took alot for Claire undstand that we wanted the same hair cut but alot shorter this went on for over 5 minutes and felt quite unprofessional and quite confrontational thankfully this seemed to change once my partner turned back up. Unfortunately this mean I won't be coming back after 3 years of coming to same salon with the same hairdressers and the same style I found this experience so unpleasant we won't be coming back never experienced this before with Claire the other lady paloma was lovely and had no problems understanding how we wanted my daughter's hair so not sure why Claire had such a difficult time understanding how I wanted my sons hair after eventually understanding there was no apology and even felt like it was my fault she couldn't understand me had to show a photo of my sons hair the last time she cut it which showed exactly what I explained. While I understand she may of needed more clarification the attitude and rude comments and lack of accountability really isn't what I expect from a professional however the work she did do was lovely it's purely the attitude which is why we won't come back

   I had a session with Paloma after a long 8 years without going to the salon due to anxiety. She was so lovely and made me feel welcome straight away. I was so nervous as I hate the salon chit chat but I enjoyed every second being there and LOVED my hair after!

   Wasnt even planning a haircut today but knew it was ready for a good chop. Havent got a regular hairdresser, so as i was walking by saw nobody was waiting and popped in. Claire was terrific, listened to what i wanted and gave great advice, i find my hair is difficult. Walked away after a superb cut. Totally satisfied and will definitely be back. Thanks so much Claire x

   Absolutely amazing hairdressers. After trying to grow out a seriously bad overly heavy bang mistake for years, I have suffered with the after effects in silence. Another hairdresser told me it can't be blended. One appointment here and its blended and my hair has never looked better. I will go there every 8 weeks from now on. I can't recommend them enough .

   Fantastic!! Got advice on how one of the two styles I was thinking of having and it was proven to me that it wouldn’t have the same affect since the design showed 2 colours and my hair is just one colour. Opted for the other style and I got exactly what I wanted. Will be back .
