   Is this the most expensive starbucks in the world? £7.50 for a venti strawberry acai!! also they dont accept the Starbucks app. Feel like ive been lured in by the starbucks sign to then have the price and lack of app stun me. Wouldnt choose to come back

   Meant to be open till 9pm, arrived 8:30pm Sunday to get a drink for a film in the Cineworld to be told oh we’ve closed. So obviously taking it upon themselves to close early and get paid still….

   They make lovely drinks. However, they're not on the Starbucks app which is annoying. Also, on every occasion I've visited they've had no vegan food. This isn't acceptable.

   Just been here waiting to be served, two staff on and no customers. Neither staff approached us to serve us, one member of staff to busy talking to a guy in a Grey suit about broken machines. The second to busy messing about with trays of cups, gave it a few minutes then went and grabbed a coffee in Cineworld instead, superb service by there staff. Not the first time we have had awful service at this Starbucks. Think we will grab a Costa on the way to the cinema in future.

   Nat the supervisor and the girl making the drinks the guy was laughing at me taking my order and they don’t know how to make a cappuccino I went it’s meant to be light there going no it’s not etc my mum couldn’t drink it charged me £16 wouldn’t let me get my points. Wouldn’t recommend it

   The bathroom in this Starbucks could very easily be the set of the next Saw movie. Enter at your peril. Also, there are loads of leaves on the floor in here. We’re inside. It’s not even autumn. I’m flummoxed.
