   Thank you so much Charlotte! I love my hair cut and colours- always get a really personal expert service from you, everyone are so lovely and thoughtful such as Teresa calling to tell me about the traffic! relaxed friendly and cake!So many people have complimented me on my hair-they have actually stopped and said things like wow what a great cut / shape/ colours so I tell them where to go to get the same! Thank you !!!

   I love Inizio! Today, their new Creative Stylist, Orla, treated and styled my hair! She was wonderful - super friendly, welcoming and attentive (as they all are). I have long hair and am always nervous about having it styled by someone new, but I had a great experience. Les and Theresa are so lovely and make the salon feel so friendly and warm! I highly recommend going if you haven't already!

   One of the challenges about living on a boat and moving from place to place is finding a good hairdresser, well I am delighted by my visit to Inizio! Sophie did a fabulous job with my cut and blow dry - I have a very chic bob now. The salon is stylish and the other clients have clearly been customers for some time now and the team were all friendly.

   I visited Inizo last Friday and wow the new products are amazing!!! I have a sensitive scalp (it’s an age thing but we will gloss over that) the new products were so kind and the caviar range made my hair feel like silk. Not only did the new products wow me but Charlotte gave me the best cut and restyle even after washing my unmanageable mane it’s bounced back into the style. I feel a million dollars thank you! X

   After having a very difficult 15 months losing all my hair due to cancer, getting a hairdresser who understands and is competent dealing with the above situation was so important, had my consult wich includes a patch test, a lengthy chat to discuss my colour choice. 24 hours later I have my appointment and a new hair colour, extremely happy with the way my whole situation was handled and all the guidance and help that was given, salon is clean modern, plenty of drinks offered throughout my visit, really can't fault the service and advice I was give.

   First time at Inizio, I was booked in with Danni, and she definitely offered the wow experience! She did exactly what I visioned and wanted. The atmosphere was fantastic, so attentive and conversational. I am excited for 6 weeks time for my next appointment. For someone who works full time and is a mama, i find it so hard to find the time to treat me and be just Rae. Inizio achieved that, and the whole experience was enjoyable and memorable. All of the staff were a lovely and professional, you can tell all of them loved their job and aimed to be the best. For someone who is guilty of jumping from hairdresser to hairdresser, I’ve definitely found my match with Dani!

   If Carlsberg did hairdressers...they'd all be like Inizio! Well, Les and his team at Inizio have bounced back after the lockdown with amazing attention to detail and a focus on customer and staff safety. They have thought about every aspect of the customer journey through the salon, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, and nothing has been missed out at any point to ensure compliance with the government guidelines. There is no reason to feel nervous or apprehensive at any point of their incredibly professional hair care service. I have loved Inizio for years and had no doubt that Les's attention to detail and focus on quality would be at the forefront of their triumphant reopening once the lockdown restrictions had been eased. Thank you so much to Peggy and Les for my amazing colour and cut, to Libby for my very relaxing shampooing and head massage, and Theresa for the warm welcome, as always. I can't wait to come back in the Autumn!
