Really friendly team. I’ve been coming for a year or so and really would and do regularly recommend here to friends. My 5yr old son comes too and all the barbers are top notch.
I used go here was younger (and had hair). I went there to try and get my beard trimmed and shaped, walked in to find both barbers telling me they are fully booked and cant fit me in that day and that I'd have to book an appointment. Fair to say i was disappointed. I thought it was traditional for customers to walk in a barbers and get their hair cut then and there but now seems like its become a hairdressers and now have to book appointments. Bring back Chris
Will always bring my son here now. The website is easy to use, and the staff are really friendly. I have a 2 year old, and they made us both feel really comfortable. Good price and good haircut. You can do walk-ins, but to avoid disappointment, I recommend booking. Dazz cut my sons hair last time. Did a lovely job.

Partner called to ask for appointment availability, and was literally shouted at by whoever answered the phone stating he didn't have any appointments and this was the 10th time he'd been called today. Not professional and we won't be using nor recommending this company
While visiting Newark l desperately needed my Mohawk sorted out, and found this Barbers six minutes walk from my hotel, via Google maps. It was early, l was surprised to see that it was busy, though l didn't have an appointment, they were happy to fit me in. I had a nice welcome so didn't mind waiting, which wasn't too long. I sat and soaked up the atmosphere. I was amazed that they were calling their regulars to see if they were coming. After reading a really negative review in Google about a customer complaining about one of the staff hanging up on them! What l witnessed was a family friendly environment, as a well season traveller, punk. I have visited many barbers all over the world, as the Mohawk is my trademark and often needs attention. The barbers were brilliant, l liked the ethos of the place, a very diverse range of customers. I felt relaxed and happy with the cut. I suppose if you're reading this never listen to us, the best reviewer is you, and your own experience and each person sees things in a different light. So if you need a hair cut, then registered online, or pop in like l did and see what their waiting time are like. It is a popular local business....that should speak volumes in itself... otherwise it wouldn't be busy!
