    Drinks were made well and the store had no line. Not many people inside sitting down so it made for a quiet place to sit for a few minutes. I did not receive as many beans as I should’ve done on this visit however.

    Great coffee, great experience, staff was lovely when served. However the shortbread biscuits was very messy but coffee spot on! Great experience! Abit pricey but get what you pay for.

    Poor customer service A staff call Sophie who served me. She was very busy with their closing time. I asked every single things and she felt so disturbed when I was asking to provide. No napkin she gave it to me it was also not available for self service. She made an ice latte which taste not good and very poor serving. It’s happen several time staffs are busy with their own conversation.

    Visited Sunday afternoon 5th feb … The 3 staff that were serving were extremely friendly and helpful, the young lady making the hot drinks was exceptional and went above and beyond to help myself and my sister

    Called into Costa for a warm choc with my 2 daughters. The youngest needed to use the toilet, when I went into the toilet this is how i found it. As i look after Cleaning FM i was absolutley appauled by the state of this toilet facility. Hygene was disgusting, toilets look have not to been cleaned for a long period of time. Hand rails filthy, no soap in broken empty duspenser, sink full of grime, wall tiles all stained and the worat thing the toilet was full of urine. I spoke to a male member of staff who excuse was that there was only a few staff.... What a disgrace! Hygiene disgusting.
