   I had a builder gel manicure done here a week ago, and honestly was left disappointed by the experience. My nails were first filed down quite harshly, and my cuticles were cut too much. This meant they were very sore and sensitive after the appointment, and I left with four of my cuticles bleeding. During the appointment it was clear they were bleeding but the nail technician did not acknowledge this and kept wiping the blood away, to no avail. I understand that these things are prone to happening during appointments, but not to such an extent. The application of the gel was otherwise good and the gel itself looks good. However, I will not be returning as for the price paid I would appreciate better customer service and attention to detail, especially cuticles. My cuticles are now scabbed and have multiple areas of flaky skin which weren't there prior to the appointment.

   I got builder gel nails done by Kaytlyn and they're so pretty! It's a very nicely decorated place and I'm so happy with how the nails turned out. The process was quick yet thorough and I haven't had a chipped or loose nail yet. I'd definitely recommend!

   I have been 3 times and all 3 times my nails lasted a total of 48h before chipping off and fully falling off. Shame, because the staff are amazing at nail art and the studio is cool. However the professionalism of the staff isn't 100%. Especially when it came to returning to fix fallen off nails.

   I didn't use the salon as they had no availability. But the customer service was shocking. The girl behind the counter was rude and abrupt and her face was was tripping her the whole time. So unhelpful when asked for a if there was anywhere else they recommended to be told no. What's wrong with helping other small businesses out. Would never use this salon in the future.

   Regularly go here to get my nails done, the girls are always very nice and friendly and make a lovely job of my nails. I always get a great manicure and it’s a good price for the service. Would highly recommend. My nails are in great condition (I get shellac roughly every couple of weeks) and think it’s down to them! :) they also have a lot of colours to choose from and it feels very safe/hygienic during COVID times.

   So unprofessional. The girl complained about the nail varnish already on my nails and said it to her colleagues as well. Filed the nails so aggressively and huffed and puffed. She rushed and hurt my fingers whilst she did it. Felt so uncomfortable. Placed the new gel over a chunk of glue that she hadn't properly removed. When I asked her about it she was very defensive and said it was because of the type of glue that I had had before. Lasted 9 days before the gel came off on my thumb and the whole nail was stained black from the colour. it looks awful and I will have to get them redone. Complete was of £25 and just a generally bad experience. Better service in the cheap salons.

   Had my nails done yesterday afternoon for my summer holiday. paid £38 and less than 24 hours later 2 nails popped off. On closer inspection all nails were lifting!!!! Needless to say I am on the way to airport and going to have to find a boots to sort out my nails. Didn’t want to write a public complaint so tried to email them on email address on website but it bounced back. Very disappointed!
