I got my nails done by Moon today and she gave an excellent service and made sure she got the right style and shape that I asked for. She was kind and caring especially as I also had an injury on my hand. I would definitely recommend anyone to come and get there nails done here.

I had my acrylics done by Moon today and it was the best experience i’ve ever had at a nail bar. The ladies were gentle with my nails, kind and friendly, my nails look FAB and they even let me pay by bank transfer due to issues with my card! Will absolutely be back again, highly recommend ❤️

First time ever getting my nails done and I couldn’t be more happy with them! Staff are friendly and this set took them past closing time but they still continued the service to ensure I had exactly what I wanted. Will be coming here again and I’ll make sure I’ll show up at an earlier time if I plan on doing intricate nail art again
Been to this place once before, however my experience today was very different. I was nicely welcomed by the young male worker at the till, where i was asked to sit at the desk with one of the other male workers. During the time he was doing my nails, he was very aggressive when moving my hands and made me feel like i was inconveniencing him when asking for my nails shorter “they are fine” to which i said they were too long so he reluctantly filed them down. At another point, he hit my hand with the nail file as i had moved it accidentally and was very rough when brushing the excess off of my hands. If i return i will not be having this worker do my nails as he is very unprofessional and aggressive! I felt very uncomfortable and would not recommend.
absolutely amazing service, i got a full set of acrylics with an abstract gel design and it is perfect! staff are super friendly, polite and easy to talk to - will deffo go again! (plus they offer student discount)
I started going to Glow Nails almost 4 years ago and have never looked back. They are amazing any designs I like they match as much as possible. There are so many colours to choose from and even when I don’t know what I want Sophie helps by giving suggestions. When I call for an appointment they are accommodating and when I decide to walk In I don’t usually wait too long. I was worried about my own nails but my own nails have grown and are strong. Recommendation to use cuticle oil more has made my nails and cuticles a lot better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!!!! Give them a go if your new to the area you won’t be disappointed x
I’ve been going to glow for my acrylics ever since I moved to Headingley. They’ve never disappointed me and I always come away with the best nails! Lovely customer service too, defo recommend :)
Customer service was poor, the staff was rude. The quality of my nails after 3 days is terrible they are chipping and falling off. I do not recommend going here. I paid £28 for very poor quality acrylics with gel polish. On the window it stated student discount and when showing ID they said they do not do discount on infills even tho it does not state that, this is false advertisement. Due to going on holiday I do not have any time to get my nails re done and if so I would never go here again and advise no one to.
