Disgraceful service & wont be going back. Staff are rude, & don’t care they are providing a paid for service. Unprofessional in every way. Most don’t speak English how can you deal with a clients needs when you can’t even communicate. The work they turn out here is a total joke & disgrace to the nail industry
I had a really disappointing experience at Pink Nails. When I mentioned that the UV lamp was causing a burning sensation on my nails during the BIAB application, I was told it was “normal” and that all of their BIAB products heat up like that. There was no concern shown for my comfort or safety. On top of that, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. There was no customer service to speak of — no effort made to explain the process, reassure me, or even offer basic courtesy. I left feeling really uncomfortable and won’t be returning. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you’re looking for a professional or customer-focused experience.
I went to get my nails done for the first time here, the nail artist that did my nails was very rude and kept telling me to stay still. She was all the phone to her daughter and didn't say a single word to me. She asked me what I wanted for my nails and looked at the photo once. Once the service was done I looked at my nails and 2 of them were crooked. I went back and I got told she xould remove the nail, instead she took the white French tip of and redid it. I won't be returning
Awful work, Awful customer service! Just did my acrylic nails about an hour ago and it looks very heavy. The lady who did my nails appears she's been forced to work.
I’ve Been using Pink nails for the past 6 years, never had to go back for any issues. All the staff are polite and greet you on arrival. My nails have been immaculate when done. Highly recommend, the salon is clean and they have a large variety of options for nail designs.
Vicky and the team are brilliant!! My wife has her nails done there for a long time. I have my eyebrows done by Vicky herself. Highly recommend
Taken 3 different members of staff to do my acrylic nails & shellac toes. Between answering messages on there phones and talking amongst each other. I found it unwelcoming and won’t be going there ever again. Don’t expect a smile or even attempt at making conversation. They have a good number of staff and very much doubt everyone is qualified outside of Pink nails.
