   I travel often and Escape lounge is one my favorite. Mrs. Evren was extremely kind and very helpful as well as other staff who are very professional. Very quite and peaceful lounge with delicious treats. I will definitely be back.

   First time booking a lounge and can safely say me and my wife will be booking one every time we can going forward. Plenty of seating available for everyone with different types available from booths, to dining tables or bar tables and stools. Toilets which are only available to the guests inside the lounge, Plenty of points to charge your phone and much more relaxed than being stuck in the middle of all the shops and gates. Food was also very good with a little selection of hot and cold food from pastas to sandwiches and pastries. Few drinks selections available aswell from some Manchester ipas, wines and fizz. Whilst also having coffee machines, water taps and coke dispensers for you to help yourself. Overall this is far better than being stuck in the terminal however I think I would definitely pay a little bit more and go in the 1903 lounge next time for the run ways views and the better beer and food selections.

   This is my first time in the Escape Lounge. It's been a good experience. As a Priority Pass holder, I was aware it can be difficult to get into the lounge. But, as I'm a single traveller they let me straight in. The lounge is clean and comfortable. I caught the end of breakfast, but there was still lots of fresh food available. It was decent quality and very tasty. They're bringing out lunch now, and it looks like a decent spread.

   Although we hadn’t made reservations not realizing how busy this lounge would be at 8.00am mid week they accommodated us with two barstools that worked just as good. Bar service was excellent and the breakfast buffet certainly hit the spot and had a nice mix of items. Very clean lounge and although it was at capacity it didn’t feel crowded at all.

   First time using an airport lounge Sept 25, we were very impressed with the whole experience. Food was plentiful & very tasty lovely variety of hot & cold. Drinks were refreshing from the bar good selection. Special thanks to Josie who greeted us & showed us to our tables, she very very polite and professional.

   Excellent experience. Would recommend to anyone. Never done it before but was recommended by my brother in law. Brilliant recommendation. We would have spent nearly £100 in one of the restaurants outside but in here it's a one off payment then eat and drink what you like. Already had 2 main courses! Thank you Alison Janice and Shalini excellent service. Already booked for Canada June 2023!

   We came at a busy time but the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Plenty of various types of seats were available and the food was pleasant. Drinks were plentiful and a wide choice. Great start to set you up for your Holiday

   Sorry Manchester Airport.. but this service is disappointing... it the first time that I've used the lounge .. I was expecting something a little bit special to start my trip.... instead I got Small plates , small choice of breakfast and beers in 2/3rds .... No Toast .. small choice of pastrys .. and the only choice I got for a hot breakfast was sausage, beans , tomatoes, scrambled egg .. ( no fried ) and bacon ... and the containers where almost empty so I got the drag ends at best .... we also got moved half way through buy a pushy staff member because the space was needed for the 1903 lounge .... The new area was dirty for 8:30 am .... To sum up the experience.. :- Rude Staff Small choice Small plates Small beers A little dirty On a plus note ... it does save you time queuing for the other places .... but the other places are better .....

   All the staff are really great and fast service and tidying away. A special message for Micheal 'Mike' the barman. He is worth his weight in gold such a friendly face just the sort of person you want to have banter with at the bar before your holiday. Keeps the bar all running smoothly. Making time for all customers. Thanks again Dawn the chardonnay woman with blue hair and Melissa the rum drinker.

   First time using Manchester escape lounge. Will not use again. I was expecting something a little upmarket not dirty and shoddy! The carpets were stained and grubby, as were the easy chairs. The tables were sticky. Felt I was in some down market hovel not in a relaxing space. The drinks were fine and the staff friendly. The food was mediocre. Would not use again . Overpriced for what it offered.
