   Worst experience i just got my nails done and they prefer quantity than quality. I told them i need short nails cuz i have baby they ended up doing it very sharp at the edges they wont even give u time to realise. They just got it done in 15min ridiculous. Will never ever go back.

   I would give zero stars if possible!!!! They have black mailed, harassed, slandered and then banned me and my friend from writing on their facebook page! Absolutely disgusting customer service! they care more about money than they do their clientele- told me on more than one occasion they could do me a specific design then decided to change their mind once my nails were already half finished and told me they could not complete this design, I tried to compromise and find something else to which they were all very rude and refused to do anything which I wanted! The nails I wanted we're a unicorn design which ment my nails needed to be different shapes (my little finger pointed and the rest coffin shaped) I booked this appointment as they told me on the phone they could do this design and they also said "the wife" would be able to do this when she got back in half hour! To top it off they tried to charge me Full price for my nails which were half completed! I told them from the beginning I wanted to go else where if they could not complete this design and they promised they could! I had to go to another nail salon which cost me £70 to fix my crooked and wonky nails which were also soar and bleeding! they harassed me for over 5 hours and black mailed me to try and get me to pay for the poor job they did which were not even completed! They also wrote a status on their facebook page about me and my friend making out we were thieves and went in for our nails doing with no intention of paying! and then when we decided to put our version of events on the comments section they deleted our comments and banned us from commenting again! Their attitude is absolutely disgusting with no idea on how to run a business and quite frankly most of them have no idea how to apply nails! I WOULD NOT recommend Hollywood nails to anyone and would definely avoid!
