   Been before they did an ok job but it took about 6hours I have made other appointments there and when I arrived the hairdressers was closed or said I was not booked in even when I shown them the proof they had written down they are accusing me of not turning so they won't let me go unless I pay a deposit the day before I go or on the day I go or pay the full amount

   Decided to try and go to a new hairdresser since I needed my hair cutting. The cut was horrible, I feel genuinely upset and embarrassed even leaving the house with this haircut. I had someone ask me where I had it done and jokingly said I did it myself to which they said "oh that explains it". The back of my head is horrific and I actually hate it, going to go bald now.
