Just had the best pasta ever, proper tasty chicken pasta with spicy mayo, my new favourite place to eat, girls will go above and beyond for you xx
A nice, clean café serving a great variety of hot and cold food. Cheese and ham panini was tasty, and the coffee was good. It was busy when I visited (lunchtime) but I didn't have to wait long and the staff were pleasant. Recommended.
Looks very basic at the first glance but really has all you need. I came in with my partner as I didn't want to go to Costa since I prefer to support independent businesses plus the weather was dreadful. We got coffee and muffins. Coffee was really good, Costa has nothing on it. Muffins were prepacked but nice as well, again just as nice as Costa's and cheaper. They also do English breakfast and also veggie and vegan versions. The prices are reasonable as well. I liked the relaxed and cosy atmosphere in the cafe, you could tell it is a family bussiness. I could also see them making milkshakes and pancakes and they were putting heart and effort in everything. No half-arsed, unhappy staff like in chain caffes (can you blame them though?). I also liked the decor with retro pictures on the wall and books by the window that you can read. I'm not in the area often but I'll be happy to visit again when I'm around. My boyfriend also enjoyed our visit.
I'm writing this as a regular delivery customer. I can't rate this gem of a local business, high enough. Top quality breakfast ingredients that are cooked to perfection. These are the the kind of local businesses that we should be supporting and I can guarantee that I will continue to do so.
Nice food nice staff and nice price will be calling back for food again.
Lovely lovely food from here brought a panni from here...the only problem was I did ask for no tomatoes and onions which was in it when I got back to work
Such a shame I love coming here untill I walked in with my daughter this morning and the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes at us and started huffing and puffing made us feel so unwelcome so we just left right away. Not very nice to see or feel to be honest
Called in for a takeaway bowl of Scouse and a suasage on toast. As always staff very attentive quickly got my order. Scouse was 1 of the best I've had defo calling in again
