   My wife has been a loyal customer to this salon for nearly 10 years now and recently they have treated her very poorly. She paid a deposit of £100 for Keratin treatment which was originally £180 and unfortunately she missed her appointment which she apologised for and paid them £60 for the inconvenience, which they happily accepted. However they would call her soon after and told me that the Keratin treatment now costed £295. She questioned them on the sudden price increase and they said they could not do anything. She then explained to them that she could not afford this now as it was too expensive, it was not the price we agreed on originally. Today she tried to book a wash and blow dry appointment but they said that she was not welcome there anymore and were very rude to her in front of a lot of other customers, I would not recommend anyone to go here unless they wanted to feel embarrassed or be treated rudely.

   I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated after being a loyal customer of this salon for over 10 years. I understand and accepted the £100 cancellation fee when I couldn’t attend my appointment. What I do not accept is the constant changing of prices every time I tried to rebook the same treatment. Each time I asked, I was given a different price. When I questioned this, instead of explaining professionally, I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The salon was more than happy to take an extra £60 payment on top of the £100 cancellation fee, yet they seem to dislike customers asking reasonable questions about pricing. No customer should be made to feel insulted or spoken to abruptly, especially in front of other clients in the salon. What happened to me could happen to anyone. Loyal customers deserve transparency, consistency, and basic respect. Sadly, this experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon based on how they treat long-standing customers.

   Took my daughter for a haircut, she had been once before and the girl who cut her hair did a great job. However this time my girls hair looked as though it had been cut blind. Its awful, the back isn't straight and has steps through it and her fringe isn't much better. I will not be going back there again.

   I went in today just after 4pm to ask if they could fit in a cut for my 5 year old daughter. They should close at 4pm but Kerry kindly said she'd fit my daughter in, she even did a French plait after! Amazing service. I will be returning!

   We were attending a wedding at Ringwood Hall and we booked here for our wedding hair as we are not locals we were wary of a different hairdresser. We didn't have to worry. We were delighted to have great service from Della and her team. I was the mother of the groom and wanted it special. It was, my two other girls had modern and pretty hairstyles too. Staff were friendly polite and professional. Well worth a visit to this salon. Oh and it was great value for money for our updo. Thanks Della and team ❤️

   I live in skegness, and what can only be discribed as one horrific hair cut where i live, my day was saved when i was in chesterfield, i had booked in advance as i have had my hair cut here before, they got me in at half past 8 in the morning as my sons wedding was at 11 in the morning! Can't thank you enough for saving the day!

   Staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. They managed to fit my daughter in straight away to get her hair cut ready for school on Monday, they were very good with her and did a wonderful job on her little re-style. Very reasonably priced, will definitely return.
