   Magnet sent me an email after I contacted them to say no link had been sent for the Virtual Design. You can't really cancel something that wasn't happening. No link was sent. I had to call Kingston, and I didn't like the tone of the person who answered, who said 'I'm talking to you now, aren't I?', no apology for no link, no call. I've reserved time today and am sat in front of my computer. Not a great start. Shame.

   I wanted to book an appointment with a sales designer and phoned the showroom in Kingston. Initially, I was told that I can come in and was asked a dozen of questions and spent a lot of time on the phone. Perhaps, the lady of the phone had to go through a standard questionnaire before booking me in. Moreover, after I've told that the my planned start date of the project (kitchen refurbishment) is 5 months away and I need to work out and plan the budget I was told that I seek advice too early and they had to prioritise other customers. Literally, I was refused an appointment after I've given out such a detail. No interest to deal with them at all after this.
