Very bad time when I was there always on his phone he was rude he didn't speak say hello or nothing he was in FaceTime when we got here and still on FaceTime when doing my nails !
Shocking. I stupidly went back after they gouged my ankle during a pedicure and all I got was a lame apology. My usual place was busy and I wanted a basic colour but I regret my decision now. The guy who did my nails was clearly inexperienced as he was slow and hesitant. He didn’t really speak any English either and didn’t even understand a basic requirement. My nails are all different shapes and lengths and lumpy and he cut me on 3 of my cuticles. What a mess. The gel polish also has air bubbles in and looks uneven. I won’t be going back. Was gonna go back for them to fix but not getting a response via fb and tbh they’ll prob just mess them up more. I left on the day as I was absolutely freezing in there and bored and I had to go and pick up my son and I didn’t realise quite how bad they were.
Worst, Service I’ve ever received from a salon. I came in to have my old builder gel removed and put back on, I asked for this six times and the male who did my nails put clear top coat on then when I challenge him as to why he hasn’t put builder gel on he then decided to laugh and mock me! How many more times does a customer need to ask for builder gel before they actually get what they came in for! I never got the builder gel that I HAD ASKED FOR! Then to top it off he proceeded to charge me £15 for a service I didn’t ask for! I have been left humiliated and discriminated against!

I really understand, it gets really busy at Christmas but that’s no excuse for poor quality rushed work.

The staff are very friendly and they do a great job I go here every couple of weeks to get my nails done
