Friendly but I wont be back. My cuticles are in agony and 8 of my nails were bleeding quite excessively. The nails are cute but not worth the money for me sitting around over 2 hours for a walk in appointment.
I get my BIAB gel extensions done here all the time and they never miss. The whole experience is always so good. The stylists are super lovely and the owner is really kind too. My nails always turn out amazing every single time. Definitely my go-to place.
They didn’t check with me about how short I wanted my natural nails and ended up cutting them much shorter than I wanted. Then, I was left waiting for 2 hours for BIAB application, while they prioritised another customer who arrived 40 minutes after me without a booking. I wanted to leave but they had cut my nails so badly I felt stuck. I asked the owner how long it would be and she was very unfriendly. I was finally served five minutes before closing time, they rushed and left my French tips looking really uneven. I also wasn’t asked about my preferred base colour. This cost £42.
This place is unreal and so helpful they do the best sets of nails in Leeds always listen to exactly what you want. Pedicures are amazing and always feel so much fresher when I leave.
Literally drew blood from my finger from using the tool incorrectly. The shape was not what I asked for, the ombré was really badly done and they started lifting after 2 days. They were also extremely slow- it shouldn’t take over an hour to do something so basic. Will never go back, and I got my nails removed elsewhere asap because they were so bad
Just moved to Leeds and tried out a couple salons and then I ran into soho. I now go every month. The care they put into my nails and their technique is so good. They do any design I come up with and have recommended to my colleagues in all saints who also go! They do everything. Highly recommended
Would not go here again! £37 for French tips. Got passed around to other people and some people who came later than me walked out before me! Really rude to my friend who was also getting nails and proceeded to cut me with cuticle cutters and told me it’s my fault as my hands were dry. The old Indian lady sat down to do my nails then said she can’t be bothered her back hurts so I then got passed to someone else. So rude, cash only too don’t use them!
It was a horrible horrible horrible experience! The youngest lady(sat the the furthest table from from door) was the one who did my nails and she was giving lazy, I-wanna-go-home vibes with really negative attitudes. I did show her what I want then after that for 5-10 mins she was saying she couldn't do the design I wanted? Design aside, it wasn't good but nothing special however she literally did it so hard it was bleeding. Avoid her if you want to get your nails done here!
Cute little shop, wide range of options for what you want doing. The first time I went there were bubbles on my nails on 2 fingers although not a big issue for me. Its cash only. Very much depends on who you get. The second time I came, I got a different person who wasn't the best. I feel like I could have done my nails better myself. The polish doesn't cover my nails properly and not an even coverage (pink pic). She also brought back a different colour than what I wanted and I felt I couldn't ask for it to be changed after she started. Not sure I will be coming back anytime soon
