   If I could put no stars trust me I would. Are you looking for poor customer service? You found your spot. As someone who works in a customer service based industry I am honestly disgusted by my encounter today. The man who I spoke to today, couldn't have been anymore discomforting. He proceeded to speak to me in a diminishing tone as well as looking me up and down with just plain, rude, judgement. It definitely would make you feel like you have no confidence. I only wanted a straight line cut. Nothing complicated. I didn't want to get it washed or blow dried. Just the cut. I quote his response "If you want a dry cut, just do it at home with your own scissors." I would not recommend getting your hair done by these people. As a hairdresser you should be making an individual feel confident and beautiful, not belittled.

   I’ve been getting my hair done by Lauren for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier! She always gets my colour and tone spot on and somehow keeps my hair healthy and shiny every time. I completely trust her with my hair. She’s amazing at what she does and such a lovely person to see every appointment. The entire team at Taylor Taylor are also so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit an absolute pleasure!

   Absolutely amazing! I visited Sheffield for a few days last month and was nervous about finding a salon, but the staff were so welcoming. Loren gave my hair a great shape and regularly checked to make sure I was happy throughout the cut. I left feeling like a new person! I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Sheffield and couldn’t recommend more.

   Taylor Taylor Hair Salon is consistently amazing. I've been visiting the salon for about 1.5 years now and everyone there who has cut my hair has done a great job and gotten my hair to where I wanted it to be every time. The staff are always welcoming and the stylists are extremely skilled. Morgan who's been doing my hair for about a year knocks it out of the park every time with both cut and colour. I always feel welcome and leave happy. The available services are very reasonably priced and the salon is very accommodating and flexible with appointments. All over Taylor Taylor is fab and definitely worth a look if you need a place in Sheffield for cuts or colours.

   5* service. The staff are all super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I felt looked after. I had my hair cut by Daniel and I am really happy with the end result. I am crazy cautious about who I let near my hair but he made me feel really comfortable and like I’m in good hands. My needs/preferences around hair were listened to and respected and relevant good suggestions were made. Couldn’t have asked for more/better really. I will definitely be back again and I look forward to it.

   Very professional stylists, Morgan and Josh are great, but every customer seems happy so I think all the stylists must be good. Friendly receptionist too; and very kind and understanding if you need to reschedule. Good atmosphere too.
