I found what I wanted with ease, and also at a good price. I also found that Diana on the till was very friendly and helpful member of staff and made me feel really welcome. I will be more than happy to use this shop again.
Excellent customer service from Spencer who found out what happened to my order that was placed in May.i had no help from customer services in spite of numerous phone calls and emails.within 5 minutes this helpful assistant had found out what had happened to my order and advised me of future action.i am disabled and mainly housebound so online shopping is a must for me

I really want to speak to them with a very quick question about collecting my order, but they will not answer the ‘phone. It is causing me a lot of inconvenience as there is no email for the shop as an alternative. I am also a carer and so I can’t just ‘pop in’ unfortunately. Update: I have had to contact head office and cancel my order. If the shop had picked up the ‘phone this would not have happened!
As usual there is so much merchandise in the store I couldn't find what I wanted. I spoke to a young assistant, she stopped what she was doing and took me to where the item was. Very polite and cheerful, as was the girl on the till. Thankyou
Staff were very rude and refused to help me. Complained to the manager but they insulted me. Will not go back. In the end I can buy the same items for way cheaper in other places

I phoned up the store enquiring about some headphones i wanted for my gym in store and keiran was very helpful with advising me about a great pair of headphones, perfect quality.
Was served by the store manager Diana. She was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable, did not do the hard sale. Asked about budget and our needs. Another customer had accidentally knocked a display flying. Diana was there in a flash and ensured customer was okay and was prompt in ensuring all products removed and tidied. Positive experience
I needed to buy a desk fan at Robert Dyas in Sutton on Monday 12 July. Spencer, the staff member, was very helpful and asked if I needed help. He showed me the fans, answered my questions and when I had selected a suitable fan, offered to carry it to the till for me. He was very obliging and friendly throughout the transaction, and I really appreciated his helpful attitude and assistance. He showed me the discounted products on display at the till, and I bought a sink unblocker for the bathroom, which is always worth having. Thank you to Spencer for all your help.
