   We have got a fridge that stopped working after few days. All fresh and frozen food has gone off. We asked for refund but said he doesn't do refunds, only replacements. We insisted that we don't want another fridge, but a refund but he kept refusing. We have him benefit of doubt and asked to replace the fridge. The second fridge turned out to be leaky and flooded our floor panels over time weeks time. Now we need to replace the whole flooring. Avoid this man and his business like fire. We are still struggling to get the refund back. Wish I've picked up a new fridge from the start. This fridge cost us sizeable amount of damage. Not just food but floor panels: materials and labour. I was suprised by the low price, that's why asked for the warranty. When refund received will update this review.

   So rude on the phone, he said he would call me back in an hour but didnt and when I called him back he said dont call him hes busy. Disgusting customer service I will never go here again.

   I bought a fridge freezer from Samuel. It was in good condition, clean, it was sold for a reasonable price and I was given an invoice. He was very helpful and assisted me loading it into my vehicle. I would recommend this business.
