   Popped in this morning for a “quick” coffee, waited about 10 minutes & went to counter & was told it wouldn’t be long. Waited another while & went up again. I said to staff member “it’s been ages” & was told “it hasn’t”. When she brought coffees she said “you should appreciate its Saturday morning & we are busy”. I said that I did appreciate that but didn’t appreciate being told I hadn’t waited ages. She then raised her voice & said twice that I should have some respect, there were other customers sitting close by & I was embarrassed & upset by the confrontation. It would be good practice when you are busy to inform customers of the possible wait when they order which would avoid such situations. The staff member in question either needs more training in good customer service or she is in the wrong job! The coffee was lovely but we won’t be visiting this or any other Reuben’s establishment in the future. Jackie Cairns

   Must have changed the staff since last reviews were put on. Just went in for a coffee and scone, the staff member who took our order needs a lot of customer service training Coffee was nice but will never go in there again

   Highly recommended for the coffee, the breakfast butty and the really pleasant and helpful staff. A real haven on a very cold day. Atmosphere? Warm and welcoming, so why not 4 stars? Just the music a bit too loud, though can't fault the choice!

   Clean and staff we're lovely. Too pricey full English despite being at the top end price wise was not a full English. Request to pay extra for mushrooms or tomatoes. Lovely decor.

   Had a lovely latte and lunch with mum today, though our order didn’t go through it was sorted there and there with no hassle. Professional and polite, with care for their customers. We were looked after very well. Plus a fab lunch very yummy

   really very nice. Stopped for breakfast (Eggs benedict, but with bacon instead of ham). Very quick, good value and very nice food. Staff friendly, seemed to be dealing with Covid restrictions very well. Edit September 2021: not as great this time. Slightly sharp service, poached eggs a bit over cooked. Coffee still good. Shame really
