   This is a scam company. They take your money but never deliver. Just look the the reviews on Trustpilot, they’ve all had same experience. I ordered a Dewalt drill set on 15th June and still haven’t received it. It’s been one excuse after another and now they don’t even reply to emails. I have reported them to Action Fraud and my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

   After 4 weeks there is still no sign of… After 4 weeks there is still no sign of a Robot Mower I ordered on the 31st of May ! They are only sending email with excuses and doing nothing. Next week, next week again and again etc..... So they are selling stuff they don't have and when the manufacturer is out of stock they are in deep trouble. After 4 weeks of promising emails, no mower and no refund. These guys are SCAMMERS ! I lost over 700 pounds and they are not traceable so bye money........after several emails and a phonecall Mr Jayeshkumar Ramjibhai Chaudhary promised to make a refund. And NO refund, nothing at all. Besides a good price they are scammers ! Please report them @ Action Fraud Police UK

   Absolutely disastrous experience. Can't believe that such business practices are allowed to exist in this day and age. After two months of lame excuses and missed promises (which I just now discovered were formulaic and common with many other customers), I asked for a refund. They say it will take 5 to 8 days for the refund but that could just be another of their missed promises... I suspect they are using their customers money to cash fund their business. Be warned and steer clear of these clowns.

   Avoid this supplier as they have amended delivery 4 times and citing carrier issues , supplier issues , safety ( really ? ) , checking etc just to delay supply ; promises dates and then does not keep to the promises ; sends ridiculous scripted emails to justify delays and then suggests a refund after 3 weeks as a gesture ; if you have time and patience , then try them otherwise there is no point in dealing with such companies ; very annoyed and dissatisfied

   Ordered a mower on 27th May, got so frustrated with their stalling tactics / excuses that I cancelled my order on19th June, took 3 emails just to get them to accept my cancellation! Now waiting to see how long it takes to get a refund on my credit card!!!
