   I used Trade Marque Tools this week to purchase a BMW oil filter removal tool. Even though the tool was for older vehicles they still had it in stock. They had got it out ready when I got there, and it was less than half the price of Halfords, who hadn't got it in stock. Helpful friendly people. Will definitely use their services, if needed in the future.

   went in there today, personally, with some old britool marque tools, which i bought years ago that had a lifetime guarantee, a half inch ratchet, a broken half inch drive 8mm socket allen driver and a half inch breaker bar with a worn head. no damage, just years of wear and tear. all of them bore the britool marque. i did expect to walk into a professional trade counter area, as thier website said, only to find a dingy reception area manned by a bloke who seemed to be the only bloke in the building. was told that the tools were too old to be replaced as they did not have the "like for like replacements" said the bloke who was younger then the tools they i took in, looking at thier website, they indeed do sell what i required replacing. lifetime warranty indeed. thank you trade marque.
