   First time doing up our first home and we decided to check out Howdens in Epsom. We were looking to renovate our kitchen and to be honest we felt like fish out of water!! So many choices and decisions to make. We were welcomed by Carly and Michael on arrival and they both made the whole experience easy! They were so helpful and extremely friendly. They showed us many samples and helped us put together all different colours and finishes. We even went back for a second visit and again they were extremely helpful. I would like to thank them both for how they helped us. I would definitely recommend this branch and will be telling everybody about our experience.

   I recently had the pleasure of working with Marija during my kitchen renovation project while managing everything from abroad. Let me just say—if you’re looking for someone to guide you through this process, she is absolutely the person you want on your team! From our very first interaction, Marija demonstrated a level of professionalism that instantly put my mind at ease. She took the time to understand my vision and made sure to keep my budget in mind every step of the way. Her extensive knowledge of various products and options was incredibly impressive and invaluable in making informed decisions. I have to admit, I was not an easy customer. I consistently changed my mind about things throughout the process, yet Marija remained patient and understanding every step of the way. Her ability to adapt and guide me through my indecision is truly commendable. What truly sets Marija apart is her responsiveness. No matter the time zone difference, she was always quick to address my questions or concerns, providing updates and ensuring I felt involved throughout the renovation process. Her friendly demeanor made our collaboration not just productive but enjoyable. If you’re considering a renovation, I highly recommend Marija. She is a true expert in her field, and thanks to her dedication and support, my kitchen is turning into a dream space, even from afar. In my opinion, whatever her salary is, it should be doubled!    Sorry but I will not recommend Howdens Epsom to anyone. They rush selling things quickly, without truly understanding customer’s needs. They don’t take time explaining their product range and they also don’t have transparent pricing. Two examples: 1. I wasn’t be asking for colours of carcasses I would like to choose. As I said they are too busy to ask this kind of simple question. I ended up with a colour which is not what I really want. 2. What’s more frustrating to me is the Drawer quality. They did not show me their different range of drawers. They don’t have the lower range drawers in display in the showroom nor did they have them in their brochure. They sold the poor quality ones to me as “they thought” it’s best to suit my budget, without making me aware of the difference in the quality. I would have paid more to a better one (what they are really displaying to people) if I know the quality. Now, to get what I want, I will be paying doubled of the money I would have paid! That is how they suit my budget! They always emphasis on discount, instead of introducing product range. In a way it is cheating! They play tricks on discounts, which make you think you got a good deal. However what they really do is to down grading the quality without letting you know. If you go to Homebase and wren, they will happily show you the range they have got and what you will be really getting home. Howdens won’t! DIY kitchens as well has good selection of products, their pricing are more transparent and cheaper! Now I can finally say I made the wrong decision to choose howdens after all the efforts. I paid for things I don’t want, and they don’t intend to take any responsibilities.

   Well what can I say….Half the staff in the office & at the counter are pretty much useless I’ve been having to travel backwards and forward having to change thing which were wrong which is costing me money with there mistakes specially in the kitchen department..With that the staff in the warehouse had been fed up & rude because of the return items I’ve had to bring back..If there warehouse staff are that miserable then get another job somewhere else..I will not be using this Howdens again.
