   Wow these guys were recommended to us by many on a local group and we were so impressed. Such great advice for our leaky washing machine. KDS really helped us to figure out what was going wrong with our washing machine and all over the phone so no call out charge.    Excellent service and visit was easily arranged via what’s app. I needed to move the appointment a few times which was not an issue. I described the issue before the visit and they decided a new pump maybe needed. I knew in advance the cost which was spot on and very fair. James arrived on the scheduled day and replaced the pump in our dishwasher. He was prompt, courteous and helpful. We have used KDS in the past and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks to the whole team for all your help and assistance.

   We damaged our ceramic electric hob after 26 years of it working excellently. We ordered a new one and fitting originally from John Lewis. When they arrived they gave all sorts of technical reasons why they couldn’t do it. So we phone KDS they were super helpful and within about an hour and a half they were here fitting the self same Bosch ceramic hob. Pricing was very similar but the speed and helpfulness of KDS service would encourage me to use them again for everything electrical and to strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone. KDS are a delight to deal with, their customer service is superb !!

   I have used KDS for circa 20 years both at work & home. I have recently ordered a package deal for all my new kitchen appliances. The service from Deborah was exceptional! She went the extra mile at every stage, great product knowledge, and recommendations. It felt like a really personal service; all at a great value (much better than the big chains). The delivery went very smoothly, despite inclement weather, a tricky and narrow pathway. I honestly cannot recommend KDS Appliances enough.

   I have been going to them for years, and recommended them to friends and family many times, but last time really disappointed. I needed a new washing machine, with a good star rating and "rinse hold". The woman told me all the machines now come with rinse hold; unfortunately she must have sold me the only one that doesn't ! Not her fault but the machine is a piece of "c**p, the soap drawer ends up clogged with powder, the clothes come out dripping wet, even on a 1400 spin cycle, and basically not worth the money paid for it.

   Absolutely 5 star service from the team at KDS. Needed some brushes for my washing machine, which they had in stock. In addition, the advice to drill out the screw holes on the brush itself and back the screw off before tightening to allow the thread to drop into place (to avoid cross threading of the motor case) was spot on . All back up and running, this end. Thank you for the top advice!
