I went in with long nails, beautiful. Took me a long time to grow out. They cut them all down. I’m actually devastated. Will not be back. My nails now aren’t straight and they’re very chunky in a lot of areas. Do not recommend.
After having a horrible experience last week elsewhere (not any reason to do with Nail Queens service) I came back to the Top Nail Queen knowing I would get looked after as always and wow did they impress! Not that I’m that surprised, I always leave this place with amazing nails. I am in awe of them thank you to the lady who spent her time on doing them. I went in with an image to work from and she got it spot on. I always trust that I will leave with nails that I love and if not they are so fast to amend anything you don’t like. They are by far the best place to go to if you want designs on your nails. Each and every technician will do an amazing job as I know they have with mine over the years.
Amazing and so good quality. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been going here 8 years. The lady’s nail art is amazing.
Always really happy with my nails when I come here. The staff go out of their way to make sure you're happy with the colour, even if they have to change and redo them. They always check you're happy with the shape etc. Really pleased with my nails. I've had acrylics, infills, removal and just just regular gel polish now. I've had coffin, square, oval and a more pointed shape. I've had ombre nails, gems, stickers, nail art, chrome nails. Everything is always done to a great standard. I went quite late one evening and they stayed behind late after 6pm to get my nails finished. Thanks team.
If I could go 0* I would. I don’t understand how this place has 4* review. I went here just because of review and this place is the worst nails I have ever had. Thick acrylic, asked to go thinner but still like a doorstop, uneven unwanted nail shape, size of nails don’t match each hand. Picture was shown because I can understand the language barrier is difficult , but clearly this doesn’t work either as it’s so bad, if you can’t do a simple job, don’t charge me £53 (includes gel toes). Wish I could get a refund but just wanted to run away before I cry.
Fiona is lovely and took great care when doing my nails. I opted for a coffin shape. She listened to my needs and did a great job!!
They definitely do a good a fairly quick job. The place might need some more cleaning especially the nail stations where the tools are kept.
Had such a good experience, messaged the day before to book a time, arrived early, they checked what I was having on arrival, told them I booked the day before. Sat me down on time, only took an hour for a full set acrylic with 3 different Christmas designs. They're so good! Slim and really well finished. Not chunky or lumpy or bubbley. Best nails I've had !
