   I cannot thank Jim enough for how much he helped me source appliances during my kitchen redo. Renovating is incredibly stressful but Jim really took time and went above and beyond to help understand what I needed even when I had no clue myself. Very grateful to have been recommended the company by my kitchen designer. Really reasonable prices and better than the high street shop. Will definitely use for all appliance needs in the future! His knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism were genuinely impressive. Unlike others who tried to inflate prices and hard sell, Jim was transparent, fair, and actually gave me the lowest quote—without cutting corners. On top of that, he added a Franke sink at an extremely competitive price, which was a huge bonus as I’m installing a new kitchen next month.    DO NOT RECOMMEND! The worktop we did order has been damaged twice! So double time of waiting. We were told the damaged corner will be fixed. Guess what. We just got some strip to refit. And who is going to refit it? Myself? Now we are being ignored by seller. Avoid this company. Very unprofessional! And we were really patient customers! Definitely going to report it!

Recently I was looking for a replacement cooker hood with specific requirements and Lin went above and beyond to find what suited me. I honestly can say if you want a bespoke service with excellent customer service these are your people. I always come back because I know I will be looked after and will leave a happy customer.
