   Staff made the drinks incorrectly for both of us (fine, that happens). However we then asked for them to be changed and were met with “obviously we didn’t mean to give them to you did we”. A small acknowledgement would of gone a long way

   Unfortunately the staff here don’t make drinks as they’re ordered, deciding to hold off on the toppings I had specifically selected in the app, and then when politely requesting that the drink be finished per the order, and for the entirely missing drink from the order, the staff told me they always leave off cream for non dairy drinks even if they’re ordered, then they complained to each other about my order when I was out of ear shot- my dad wasn’t though (I ordered an oat based drink with dairy cream) I don’t have an allergy or an intolerance, I prefer the taste of oat milk in coffee, a lot of people do. I know this because I too serve coffee at my place of work, only I do it with a good attitude, and apologise if I miss something from an order. They also advertise that ordering on the app is “skipping the queue” then proceed to take at least 10 orders from people at the till and serve them long before me. A long way to go to be on par with other Starbucks for customer service and efficiency. Would strongly advise people to visit the Sainsbury’s Upton Starbucks over this one, the staff are fantastic- always polite and efficient.

   I left Motoway to buy coffee and it was not accepted because I wanted to pay by cash. Very disappointed!! Don't go to this place. The manager lied saying that all Starbucks chains only accept cards, which is a lie! I only buy coffee at Starbucks, they always accept cash.

   Lovely place and great drinks I've been there alot as I live nearby and love it. However despite most of the staff being lovely and very very nice a particular staff member really ruined my experience. I believe his name was Will and I overheard him speaking about me from behind the till assuming things about my personality and my relationships with the people I was with, assuming my sexuality loudly and embarrassing me infront of other customers including my family. I really do not appreciate this. Other than this one staff member my experiences have been better than perfect however Will has significantly decreased my chances of going again.

   Anna and the whole team at Starbucks are absolutely incredible! The service is consistently top-notch, and the coffee… it’s an unreal pleasure every single time. Anna stands out with her kindness, professionalism, and amazing attention to detail ,she always remembers your order and makes you feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to find this level of customer care, and it honestly transforms a simple coffee stop into a great start to the day. Huge thanks to Anna and the team for creating such a positive and uplifting atmosphere , you make Starbucks feel like a little daily celebration☺️
