   Do not go here.. they filed my nails so thin when I’ve had them taken off it’s exposed my skin !!! Completely ruined my nails and nail beds.. use illegal stuff and don’t know what they’re doing… I can not believe how thin and dangerous they have left my nails

   Went here for years until a couple of years ago religiously and never had a problem. I stopped coming due to coming between 5:20/5:40pm and being turned away despite there being at most 2/3 people left in there and enough tech. Yea they need to clean up but that doesn’t take long and as a business owner you should do that after close as common practice. Came back 3 years later and whilst the customer service is poor and they are forever talking in Chinese which is rude for customers as I speak it myself and heard them pass personal comments about not only myself but another customer. The cuticle trimmer were not cleaned before use on me and was promontory used after me not cleaners. Today they did a good job of my nails how were could not over look the above

   Today was my first time coming to this salon, I was seen to straight away and despite it being walk ins only I didn’t feel rushed at all. The man doing my nails was lovely and he checked I was happy with everything as we went along. I got BIAB and nail art and it cost me £35 including the removal of my old BIAB I had done somewhere else

   Not pleased with the experience at all. Rung up in the morning to check the price for “acrylic nails and toes with shellac” and was told £45 for when I get there it to cost me £75 which I couldn’t really afford. I got French tips! 75 pound for French tips I’m shocked!! Showed a reference picture of exactly how I wanted my French tips and had to politely correct the gentleman who was doing my nails about five times on how I wanted them and there’s still a big difference to the references photo. Not to also mention this man’s attitude. He was very huffy and puffy. I was nothing but polite when telling the man I wanted them different and could tell he was annoyed. Why would I pay 75 for my nails and not like them I’m obviously going to tell you if I want them different. If you don’t like your job get a new job I didn’t have a pleasant experience and feel ripped off. Will never be coming again

   Worst service I did eyebrow waxing just now the lady did a stupid work she did one eyebrow shard edge and the other one different. These my first eyebrow wax don’t ever go there. Worst service

   The place is really good and so are the nails BUT the staff are just so rude and snappy. I couldn't understand what the man was saying and he practically yelled at me for not understanding. The place could be so much better if staff were kinder

   I have always had my nails done here, i have never had a bad set of acrylics and they have always lasted me and kept shape until i need them taking off. i've seen a lot of reviews saying how 'rude' they are, i do think when the staff talk to each other constantly in their own language it can be rude. i go at quieter times when they are less stressed and service is fab.

   I regularly go in there, as they’re reasonably priced and I had no issues with my nails until my last visit. In my last visit, I asked for ombré nails. As much as the colour and glitter blended well together, a few of my nails were slightly lumpy. The customer service isn’t always the best. The Chinese workers don’t really interact with the customers apart from asking questions about what shape and colour they want. Plus, they speak to each other in their own language. Which I find it rude because they can be saying anything.
