Very poor service. They couldn’t paint the design I wanted (it was a very basic design). I picked another colour however when they started to paint it wasn’t at all what it looked like on the nail display. I was snapped at when I spoke up and told to pick another colour, which again didn’t turn out to be how it was shown. They drilled the nail too hard and the water was scalding. The girls spoke to each other in their own language laughing, which is a regular thing by the look of previous reviews. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
I've been getting my nails done here for over a year now and they have never disappointed, I usually have BIAB and a small design. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. The pedicures are lovely too.
It is really bad experience for me! The manicurist was trying to file my nails super fast so she hurt me. And, when I tell her the nails have a black spot. She tells it is too tiny! The nails have a bubble in there. She told me is my nails rock so it is design for me!!! However, I have not a rock for my nails. And here only pay by cash and have not any sticker tell customer. Dont waste your time and money here, customer service is the worst.
Absolutely pristine. I loved my nails from here. I went in for an acrylic take off and builder gel with design. £45. I didn’t feel rushed, they spent time on each step and the employee really focused on getting each and every heart right which was so lovely. They ask you to wash your hands in between steps which is a huge thing! I’ve realised most other salons just like to dust off with a brush then paint over the top of dust so you’ve got bits in your paint. And they applied oil after too which again I hadn’t had in other salons. Thank you for a 5* experience. I will absolutely be recommending.

Got my nails done today first time trying Lalas nails Very good nail salon very nice owners make you feel very comfortable reasonable prices enjoyed my time there definitely will be returning.
I went here for the first time yesterday - love my nails and the staff were really welcoming, I was even offered a cup of tea which was a nice touch. The salon is lovely and very clean. Will definitely be back, my new favourite nail place in Morley
Such lovely and welcoming staff! They are so precise and do their job with care. I got my gel nails done and lasted a month without chipping. I've received so many complaints too! Thank you!
I have been to Lalas twice since it opened.I had acrylic nails put on and returned 3 weeks later for infilling. I was very pleased with the results and I will definitely be returning. I have given them 4 stars because the pricing although it is on a par with other nail bars can be a bit confusing.
