   I ordered from JFC Sports before reading any reviews. It turns out that those who say they wait for weeks/months are most likely true. I ordered 4 shirts that didn't require anything in addition (logos, sponsors etc). After 2 weeks I emailed and asked for an update on delivery - no reply. After another week I sent an other email to suggest if there was a problem fulfilling any part of the order, they should let me know and send what they could - no reply. After reading other reviews, my intention was not to wait 2/3 months or more. I then suspected after looking at other shirt sellers websites a problem existed with one of my shirts (HUMMEL). I emailed the other sellers and quickly received replies from them that the shirt was UNAVAILABLE IN THE UK due to the distributor (ELITE) going bust. Further Google searches revealed that several professional football and rugby clubs switched shirt manufacturer due to this, and refunded supporters who bought the club shirts when they couldn't guarantee them delivery. Last straw. I emailed again and presented my evidence. My email was either forwarded or picked up by the MD who replied. He said 2 of the 4 shirts were in stock, but didn't actually specify anything about the other 2. As I couldn't be bothered to waste any more time or energy dealing with this outfit, I asked for a full immediate refund. The MD said it would be processed the following day - which I received 5 days later. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - a supplier of last resort only (surely?). Almost non existent customer service levels. I think the positive reviews are those who are ordering lots of team kit with embroidery and personalisation - that's probably where the profit margin is, rather than straight reselling. If you are ordering bits and pieces expect to be placed at the back of the queue and be kept in the dark

   Steve was brilliant at JFC. He helped as with our order from start to finish and left no stone unturned. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our teams kits.

   Ordered in September, arrived in December - no notice of late delivery and actually forgotten I'd ordered the items. Phoned after Christmas to return items and was reprimanded for taking such a long time to contact them. Explained that I'd tried twice before Christmas to phone them, no answer; no information on their website about returns. Very rude and abrupt on the phone.

   Very poor. Ordered kit in September. Only updated me of delay when I chased. Order then received start of November but was completely wrong. Not answering calls or emails. Terrible

   I've had £120 worth of vouchers for refereeing in Tameside Cup finals over the years but never able to spend them due to the fact they never answer the phone or reply to messages left the vouchers have expiry date so when I called in was told vouchers out of date I've got another £40 voucher and same don't answer the phone I called in again it was shut properly get back to me when voucher runs out

   Ordered in June, still waiting in September. One email reply saying 5 to 7 days. That was 21 days ago. Not replying or answering phone. Absolute joke. Very quick to take your money though.stay well away

   I placed an order (late Aug and still have not received this (as of early Nov). They tell me that they have various issues and trying their best to resolve this and that if i would have directly ordered through manufacturer website i would have received my kit. A terrible experience.

   Ordered multiple items including coats that were made bespoke. They guide you and I dealt directly with Steve he was just simply wonderful from start to finish. Do you want good quality stuff? good workmanship ? be prepared to wait a little bit of time but not an unreasonable amount; these guys are a cut above!
