   I have been coming to Hayley a few years now and I have been a client at the salon for about 15 years. I would not go anywhere else! I always get exactly the style I want and I feel so comfortable in the salon. My son goes to Oliver and he is always happy with his hair too. He always gets the style spot on and it grows out really nicely. Such a friendly welcoming team, and always make you feel at ease. Highly recommend.

   They just don’t listen to what you want. Asked for an inch or so off, and she cut well over 3 without even asking. When it chopped it chopped so they couldn’t fix it. Now it’s so short I can’t tie it up and with the ridiculous amount of layering (and very short layering which I didn’t asked for) it is an incredibly high maintenance hair style. Not what I want or need when I’m busy working mum. I feel like I walked out with an old hair style that has actually aged me and regret every penny I spent on it. Not how you want to feel after a bit of “pampering” Clearly it isn’t what the customer wants and just the hair style they can fancy cutting.

   I have been going to this hairdressers since I was a student. They cut my hair really well and haven’t gone anywhere else in Sheffield since I started going here. Good vibes from the staff, very friendly etc. They always style my hair at the end in a way that makes my hair looks GORGEOUS (whereas some other places just straighten my hair which looks a bit naff). 10/10 do recommend!!!!

   I had an appointment with Adam and he was very efficient and kind and super professional. Nothing felt pushed or rushed, even though it was a quick appointment. A lovely and clean environment and certainly somewhere I'll go back to! The receptionist and the lady who made me a coffee were lovely and also were cheerful and welcoming!

   It was my first time at this salon, I had a hair cut after 1.5 years with Dan and he was absolutely fantastic. He had great great customer service skills and made me feel so comfortable and took his time out to give me tips and tricks for my hair. I showed him a photo of what I wanted, and he delivered, that and more. I could tell how skilled Dan is as he was cutting my hair, I absolutely loved the end result. Will be definitely making this my go to salon!
