   Completely devastated by the customer service I received here last night. I have been visiting this nail salon for 3 years and always been super happy but the service I received the last two times and especially last night I will now not be returning. I always attend for the same treatment, gelish on my toes with removal from the last time I visited. I have always paid £15 and as you can see on the photo I have attached that's what the sign says: Polish change (Gel)- £15. Last month when I went the lady said it was £18 I questioned this and she said the prices have gone up- fair enough I thought. Then last night I went for exactly the same treatment and the guy said it was £23!!! I had been collecting the stamps so with my £5 off he asked me to pay £18. There is no clear signage that the prices have changed and the sign currently in the shop as seen by my photo taken last night still says £15. Absolutely disgusting and a real shame as I have been attending for many years :(

   I just wanted the manicure with normal clear varnish. He sanded my nails which will weeken them and I’ve no idea what the benefit was. I had no varnish on at all. The actual shaping of all ten nails ( filing) literally took ninety seconds. No cuticulal oil and I had to file the sharp ‘catchy’ edges again myself. Totally amateur. Very disappointed. Beauty treatments are supposed to be a treat, I did not feel that they could care less if I returned or not. A lady came in after me and the language barrier was most uncomfortable to listen to. She asked a few questions and didn’t get a smile or an answer and she ended up saying ‘ just do what you think’

   Would highly recommend! Just got my nails done from an inspiration picture and looks amazing! Very talented staff! Staff are very accommodating. Nice atmosphere when the music is on.

   I would give them a zero if I could! I cannot believe I’ve just paid £40.00 for builder gel on my natural nails and shellac and this the outcome! I asked them for square nails when my nails were longer but they cut them all the way down even though I told them not too and gave me whatever shape this is. do NOT! Use this salon I’m absolutely disgusted! My 8 month old could probably do a better paint job! It looks like a child has painted my nails! Fuming is an understatement as to how I feel right now!

   I was a regular customer for over a year now. I was super happy with their service until last month. unfortunately been to them last month and done an infill and they fallen off after a week! So gave them another chance this time been for a full set and asked for square oval nails and when he filed it it was pointy square so asked him if he can round the corners as i don’t like them pointy, same person who did my nails last time did an eye rolling and reshaped it! My nails are awful this time! They are too chunky. Absolutely upsetting which was my favorite nails salon so far but only this one person ruined everything! Would recommend this place if you’ll be lucky that he wont do your service :)

   Went in for a pedicure and gel yesterday, wasn’t much of a pedicure literally a foot soak then a scrub I had to ask for my nails to be trimmed and for them to use the the tools they normally use for a pedicure as he wasn’t going to do either lol…Soo literally had to explain how to do a pedicure then when I got my gel done he got up and walked off I asked if I could have some moisturiser and he told me it’s at the counter lol I asked if he could get me it to use he said to go to the counter where it was … I’m also 9 months pregnant the whole point of me getting my feet done was because I can barely see them never mind touch them haha so asked my nephew to get it and help me moisturiser my feet while the guy that did it took my payment and walked away again…. such an awkward experience no one spoke to me throughout only to ask what colour I wanted… definitely!!! won’t be going back there again WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had I remained nice throughout the experience but won’t recommend at all nails aren’t that great either….What a shame

   Reading a couple of reviews on here, about how friendly the staff were, I’m taken aback! I have been a few times to this salon and the experience I have had is Rude rude and rude! Staff can barley speak any English, so communication on how you want your nails was never going to be great. I only wanted a gel polish change at £20 ended up having my recently done acrylics taken off, then redone charged £60! Daughter had hers painted £30! Eye rolling if you flinch because they are burning your nails with the file! Ignoring you, constantly talking amongst each other (clearly about you) No hello,no goodbye. Clearly no manners given out in here.,

   OK, so they're Vietnamese and their English is broken. But they are good at what they do, as long as they know what they are doing. I had a plain acrylic job for a wedding and it was quick, efficient, looks fab a week later. A lot better than another place ive been. Their nails did not stand up to my lifestyle. These are. If you want art, show them a photo and guide them. Not just once and complain at the end, like another customer in at the same time as me. They can do it. I'm going back! ❤️

   I came here last week for the first time and I was very happy with the service I received at the nail bar. I made my appointment through Facebook which was very easy and fast. My manicure didn't take long at all and the man who did it, did an excellent job they have a great range of colours and they very friendly. It was very clean inside and I will defintely come back.
