Staff are impossibly unhelpful if you ask for anything. Been in multiple times with intentions to buy, but you ask them if they have something in a size - they go and “check” but don’t come back. Every time I’ve been, I’ve been waiting for 20 mins+ and have just given up.
Awful staff not worth even asking them for anything because they won’t act on it anyway. Waited 10 minutes for some shoes only to see the lad talking to a lass on shop floor anyway better off anywhere else.
I liked the store. Nice staff. Good selection of shoes. I recommend it.

Updating From 3 - 5 stars Came here a yr ago and wasn’t leaving with the feeling to come back so didnt. Chanced it this evening. Friday 1st March 24 6-7pm Have to say the young lady blonde hair and also young gentleman who helped me and my boy every step of the way were so lovely, polite and couldn’t help me enough, and both had lovely smiles throughout my panic to get my son kitted out before he would decide he has had enough. Thank you so much ☺️ A real credit to your store those 2. And i hope they get the recognition they deserve. Such a pleasant surprise, and will definitely recommend going in to this store to everyone.
Great to have a JD here but it’s too small and doesn’t have a lot of the better products available in the Arndale and Trafford C. Considering the demographic within a 5 mile radius it feels like they’re missing a trick.
Lots of staff but hardly any engaged with the customers. A nice young lady helped me with my click and collect order and a nice young man handed me my order which made up for being ignored by two staff at the checkout.
Prices are ridiculous but I look on the sales rail and sometimes manage to pick up something at a more reasonable price. Good to be nearer to home though so I don't have to travel to wythenshawe or Stockport
Please be aware if you purchase items over Christmas they will not exchange or return on Boxing Day or the day after! Nowhere on the receipt does it state this, you need to work on your customer service.
The shop is great! but when you go to pay you have to be lucky to get some body nice behind the counter! Some don't know what it's costume relationship.
