Cracked the head i bought while screwing it on then sent it back and got the wrong mesh that we payed for. then didn't respond to a email in 3 months
Poor customer service and response times.
Placed a telephone call to UK Lacrosse this afternoon (Friday) with an equipment query. I couldn’t have been more catered too if I had tired. Really excellent customer service, and even though shut on Saturday, they have made arrangements for me to access equipment (helmets) I intend to try on for size (before buying) at another venue. So fast forward to Saturday, and I met up with UK Lacrosse at a Box Lacrosse competition in Macclesfield, again as stated, they bought along a few helmets for me to try out. Once settled on one, I was quite happy to place my order online and wait, but knowing that I needed it for Monday, they actually drove to their shop with me, opened up (despite being closed of a weekend) and let me complete the transaction and walk away with my new helmet. Excellent shop, excellent customer service, I’ll be back again, and advise everyone to utilise this gem of a store/company.
I had called up enquiring about the warp and the differences and the guy on the other end was super helpful and recommended the perfect stick to improve my game. very helpful and extremely polite , i would highly recommend this shop for anyone and they have a huge variety of equipment. the shipping was extremely quick and i received it the next morning.
Ordered a custom helmet from America through them and it came in about 2 weeks which is very impressive.
