   Super honest and super helpful.Had passed by this shop few times , decided to walk in to check for a pair or badminton shoes . Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. Will definitely recommend and will revisit for stringing service.

   Terrible customer service. Very uncooperative, not knowledgeable about cricket at all. Looked for a cricket bat and they were offering insanely high prices. Definitely won’t be coming here again. They only have good reviews because they have made some accounts and made some reviews using them. When you go there in person you want to throw up looking at the prices and the 2 people working no nothing about cricket. Terrible store.

   I do not write reviews very often, but excellent customer care by Mo convinced me to do it. I'd found the racket I was looking for days on their website and despite some IT difficulties - managed to submit the order which was posted the very next day and promptly delivered during Bank holiday weekend! I had also received a 4-pack of Tenicifibre champion balls which is a nice treat! 4 stars as there also was a slight cut into the grip but it doesn't affect racket's playability and I am anyways going to use overgrip on top of it. Pleased with the purchase, highly recommend this store.
