   I've been going to Rumours CO for many years, and I honestly would not trust anywhere else to do my hair. Both Courtney and Oliver are so lovely, warm and welcoming. I know I'm always going to have a lovely time whilst they colour and cut my hair. I also know I'll be in safe hands, and leave feeling more "me" and very well pampered and looked after. I have very thick, long and curly hair, so I know full well it's not the easiest thing to look after, dye, cut... or even sometimes wash! However, my hair always feels and looks amazing after I leave Rumours CO, and I always receive so many positive and lovely compliments after I've left the salon, and days afterwards! - all thanks to Oliver and Courtney. They're two absolutely lovely, professional, and talented individuals and should be so proud to own such a lovely establishment. I cannot thank you both enough!

   My daughter in law has come home from this salon with the worst hair colour ever. Blonde ends and bright orange roots. The hairdresser if you can call him that told her it would wash out. What hairdresser takes money from someone sends them out of the shop like that without trying to sort it. I think he needs to go back and retrain. Very bad

   Been and had my hair done here today with Oliver. AVOID at all costs. I’ve left the salon with blonde ends and bright orange roots. He told me it would wash out and to use a purple shampoo. IT HASNT I don’t know how a salon can take money from someone and send them out with hair like this. He should have tried to rectify it in the salon instead of letting me solve the problem at home. I’m really upset . If I could I would have left no stars . Rubbish hairdresser

   I had my hair cut and coloured at rumours, because my normal hairdresser was not available. I left the salon and when I looked at my hair properly, the cut was terrible. One side of my hair was longer than the other. My fringe was cut way too short might add I was not asked how short I wanted my fringe. I had long bits left on my sides. I had a longer bit left at the back. I did go back in and spoke to the stylist and told him. He offered to sort it out but I didn’t want him to do any more. I asked for some money back and I received £20.00 I had paid £58 Today I went to another salon today, to have my hair recut. The stylist said I couldn’t have the style I was going to have because the highlights I had done at rumours had left lines and clumps of bleach. There was also much more bleach underneath my hair. The foils had leaked and had not been blended. So it would have shown the lines and blocks of colour too much. I would not go to rumours I will definitely not be going back. A shame because years ago I went there regularly I paid £58 for a bad cut and colour. I was given back £20 but then I have paid another £32 to have it put right I was so disappointed going to a salon is supposed to be a lovely experience and it wasn’t

   Don’t go if you expect a good hair style and to pay extortion price just a shame I didn’t know the salon had a new owner Had my hair ponytail extension put in as my usual stylist was getting married and the other stylist I use was fully booked so thought I would try this salon what a mistake was only in 5 minutes and charged me £28 stay away as had to finish my style off when I got home good job I know how it should go my Normal stylist takes around 15-20 minutes with care attention and pride and charge me less than half the fee this salon has charged I will definitely not be returning

   First time I've been here and couldn't rate Helen enough, perfect! Update.. Been back but couldn't get in to see Helen, had same colour but by Courtney and left my hair completely damaged. Would still use Helen but I got the impression the girl I had was quite unexperienced. I should have complained at the time but can't see what could have been done to reverse the damage and didn't want the embarrassment of going back to say to someone you've completely ruined my hair :(

   Had a last minute appointment, not my usual hairdresser. The young lady (sorry didn't ask her name) did a good cut. Was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use this salon again .
