   Went today with a nervy 4 year old. Was greeted by a lovely lady offering sweets which instantly relaxed him. Waited about 20 minutes. The hairdresser was so nice, kept him chatting and distracted and asking him how he was, even pretending to cut a toy dinosaurs 'hair' to help. The cut is great and he sat so nicely for her. He said he's not scared of the hairdressers again so we'll def be back. All for £9! Bargain. A great experience; went a hell of a lot better than we were expecting thanks to the staff.

   Sign on the door, back in 20 mins. No idea what time they went or coming back. On arrival she told me she only cut ladies short hair. Thought she was a "hairdresser" absolute joke and waste of time. After being a regular customer for years I will be finding somewhere else

   My boyfriend went to get his hair cut and showed pictures of what he wanted and he wanted it quite long on top and they didn’t listen and cut it way shorter than what he wanted. He’s too nice to ask for a refund but it’s ridiculous! They need to listen to what customers want.

   Did not listen to what I wanted doing. She just ploughed in with the scissors. She must have thought people do not want long hair. I do. I suggest you listen to customers before starting to cut. I paid but I didn't ought to have.

   I wouldn’t go back, the staff member wasn’t friendly and couldn’t care less. The cut was uneven, must have spent about 2 minutes doing it. I had to cut bits off myself when I got home to sort it out because I had long bits in places. It was only a simple trim on the ends of long hair. Waste of £6!
