   Amazing service from John on my hectic kitchen reno. He assisted right away with all options without pushing and upselling. Following day I came to buy the worktop as felt safest with him helping and he did everything to get me the delivery following day! Im not saying this will be possible for everybody, but he managed to get it sorted for me as it was absolutley urgent and we picked an available one that could be arranged with the delivery people thanks to his quick actions. Amazing service, polite, professional, efficient. And must say that everybody at this branch is very helpfull and nice. Great team of people!

   I’d like to personally thank the Howdens Team in West Norwood, especially Jack, for all they have done to create our dream kitchen. The team at Howdens, West Norwood have been fantastic from start to finish and I honestly couldn’t recommend them more. We had a warm welcome from the team, and I always felt like nothing was too much trouble. They visited our home on multiple occasions to measure and help support with questions that were needed. For someone who had never done an extension, let alone a kitchen, this was invaluable. They worked to our timelines, and (endless builder delays). They were so great we ended up getting new flooring for the whole downstairs of the property and designing and fitting an entirely separate utility room too. We originally went to Wren for the first design of the kitchen, but it quickly became apparent that the design they had created never would have worked functionally, and cupboards would never have lined up. We wanted certain bespoke areas to our kitchen like a corner bench built in and also a curved counter. This was no problem for Howdens, and the finish is amazing - see photos. Having shopped around the price was also competitive. Thank you Jack, and thank you West Norwood Howdens.

   I called the branch on Saturday the 16th of July and spoke with the lovely Shaquana as I was let down by another company and in all honesty, I should have just brought my requirements to Howden from the get go! They never let me down. Prior to this, I attended the Croydon branch and was not impressed with the patronising way they managed things. So I always end up in the West Norwood Branch - this is the second time. The team were able to accommodate me first thing on Monday the 18th at 8am, (Shaquana remembered our call - loved it!) and I placed an order within 2 hours. I appreciate the service from being welcomed and greeted when I walked through the dooe through to the support Jack gave. Definitely will be going back there again. My mum loves the kitchen!    I cannot praise Howden’s of West Norwood highly enough. From my first encounter with one of the female staff via a telephone call until the finishing of the kitchen I received nothing but patient, professional advice and understanding. One does not buy a new kitchen every day and I needed to get it right! David Stephenson, the designer, who worked with us came and saw the space, measured up and invited us back to see his results. He also had to consider the views of the builders who were undertaking our extension and had their own views about how things should be. Every person’s view was considered and the end product is just what I wanted. David also provided an ‘after-care’ provision to ensure everything was satisfactory. From looking around, the price was competitive and we certainly had value for money. Thank you Howdens. Wendy Marshall

   Really poor service, wish I'd gone somewhere else. Constantly delays, substituting products and a poor experience all-round. This has turned a 2 week fitting into a 4 week fitting, howdens haven't offered any compensation for this and apparently don't need to inform us or the builders that they aren't delivering half the bits and the counter will be 1-2 weeks delayed Look elsewhere if you can
