   Really disappointing experience. Firstly, they did not match the lower quote we had from IKEA, so their claim "we won't be beaten on price" is not true. Secondly, they retracted they initial discount they offered with a higer quote. Despite these 2 points, we decided to go ahead because we liked the kitchen and we didn't have time to find alternatives. And then it got even worse. They measured the kitchen wrongly, accounting for an extra 10(!!!)cm on the main wall, resulting in our fitter needing to trim half of the cupboards and the fridge not fitting any longer. Additionally, they delivered the order with missing items, they were unresponsive when we reached out about the mistakes and the missing items, I had to send several emails and call several times to be able to talk to somebody. When I finally managed to speak to them they wouldn't take accountability for their own mistakes, the excuse was always that the person we spoke the previous time was not available (which should not really be the customer problem). I'm still waiting to talk to management about all of this.

   I cannot recommend this particular branch of Howdens enough. They have been professional, punctual and efficient in all correspondence and with delivery of the kitchen. Their designer provided me clever solutions for my kitchen space and every staff member I dealt with down to the delivery driver was helpful and considerate to my needs.

   The Best Howdens in South East London, Adam and Paul are really friendly and welcoming unlike some other branches I have visited. They have great knowledge of all the products and can advise you on these if you are unsure for what to go for , I never felt pressurised in to purchasing. I would highly recommend visiting this Branch.

   Unsatisfactory company to work for. Probationary Contract in the warehouse was terminated during the holy month of Ramadan because my work/work-rate was ‘inadequate’ yet religious considerations were not taken into account, even after they said they had been. This isn't the first time hearing about how Howdens as a company does not live up to their promises. After emailing the company (as I was told to do) I got no reply.
