   Absolutely appalling service. I was just one person in a queue with two people in front of me being served by two employees. The first employee to finish serving left his counter and disappeared for 20 min to make coffee whilst I waited and waited, he eventually came back - no apology for keeping me waiting and the queue was the 12 people long. !!! Ridiculous.

   I've just visited this post office for driving licence and passport renewal. The staff were very friendly and professional, while dealing with a technical issue and a slightly demanding customer (not me) I was still served with the upmost professionalism. Outstanding service, the best I've seen in a post office for literally decides.

   I went in today to get some documents checked for a DBS which I unfortunately can't do online. And I arrived 25 minutes before closing time to be told its too late to do that now as they are counting up and they leave at exactly 5. I was told to come before 12 tomorrow (when they shut at 1) therefore suggesting they stopping serving you for this service up to an hour before closing? I think maybe to be useful this should be advertised somewhere or even better the opening times to be changed rather than wasting people's time.

   The post office staff refuses customers before the closing time. Unfriendly. At the same time I feel for the staff and their job retention. It’s much cheaper and convenient to pay online, collection and labels are free too. Plus our postman is way friendlier which makes a difference when you post a lot!

   This review is for the 2 lovely staff that were working in the post office today. They were busy but showed patience and politeness. They were very efficient and the guy that served me was very helpful to me and to an elderly lady who was struggling to fill in a form. Thank you!

   Advertised as opening until 5:30pm but stop postage services at ‘5:15ish’ so therefore won’t take your parcels. Go elsewhere - it’s got worse with new owners.

   No wonder the Royal Mail is going down the drain when the post office is this bad. Slow, unhelpful. I'll be going elsewhere.

   Website clearly says they are open until 1730. But they refuse to serve you after 1715, and let you wait in line before letting you know. Then cheerfully ask ‘see you tomorrow?’. Not likely! I will go to a different branch, thanks very much. They also let their kids play behind the counter - totally unprofessional.
