The woman who cut my hair was very rude and disrespectful. She ignored me the whole time and instead spent the time complaining to her colleagues about other clients, which I thought was really unprofessional. The appointment was very rushed, it was over in 20 minutes and I wasn't even shown the back of my hair. I really felt that the hairdresser could not be bothered with the appointment. Ultimately, my hair turned out looking okay but it was 2" shorter than I wanted, even after repeatedly reminding her that I didn't want it any shorter and specifying how long I wanted it cut. It was a really horrible experience and I certainly wouldn't go back.
Awful experience. The hairdresser and assistant completely ignored me the whole time. Assistant was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. The whole appointment felt very rushed as the hairdresser switched between 3 clients at once. Barely had time to see the cut and I wasn't even shown the back, had to check when I got home. Will never go back.
Brill service been coming over a year to both Nicole and elicia and my hair has never looked better. All staff are polite and welcoming and make sure they all do a 5 star service! Finally found a forever salon with the most lovely girls

absolutely amazing place!! i came in today for a haircut and the lovely lady cutting my hair was so warm and welcoming. prices are not too expensive and you get what you pay for!! definitely a 5 star hairdresser’s. i 100% recommend this place. the staff are well trained and they don’t keep you waiting for long. no fuss, i got an amazing cut.
It was my first time coming to PH2 hairdressing this week and it was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and I am really pleased with my haircut! Nicole did exactly what I asked and hoped for
My hairdresser of nearly 30 years packed it in. This is my first visit. I had Gabby. She's lovely and very efficient. Liked what she did. Will go back.
Been visiting this place for years and never had a problem. But I have to say after today I don't think I will be going back. Not happy with my hair cut at all. Felt the the hairdresser couldn't be bothered, found some long bits of hair, she didn't finish my fridge off how I asked her to, and I found her and the assistant very rude and you could tell the pair of them didn't want to be there. Such a shame as I say I've been going for years but after today I will not be going back.
