Had an appointment with julie, she was a fab. I have always found when i go to hairdressers they just want to overcut my hair but julie was really friendly and encouraged me to take my time at deciding how much I want off etc basically there was no pressure. She coloured my hair back to a natural colour which I wanted and it looks amazing She finished it off with a really nice blowdry Thanks again defo recommended
Julie coloured my hair with Kevin Murphy colours, they're not tested on animals which is a major win and the colour lasts for months. Julie excells in technical cuts, I wouldn't go anywhere else
I'm pretty sure this place is racist. I got my haircut here with high hopes as my friend goes here to get her hair done. mind you, she pays 50 quid to get her hair coloured and cut. I paid 41! even though i called prior saying i only wanted a wet cut which was 32 instead of their scam dry cut and blow dry. Im the type of person to read reviews about a place before trying it out, and so i did for this one aswell. There were mainly good reviews so i thought it was fine, but i also like to read the bad reviews. one of their bad ones was from an asian woman a year ago who hated the place, she said they made her stand whilst they cut her hair cause it was too long. i just laughed it off because that mightve been a one of situation. BUT THEY TOLD ME TO STAND. my hair isnt even long! and the woman used a bloody kitchen towel to straighten her cut at the back, even thought I explicitly said i wanted it a V shape at the back. which the woman kept complaining about throughout the rest of the haircut, saying i shouldve said it before she started cutting...UHM I DID. she was so sassy and pretty rude. honestly THE WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER GOTTEN. for 40 quid, you'd think theyd be decent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless youre a returning customer, new customers are definitely not welcomed at this place. I've never had such a bad haircut that I'd have to go somewhere else after to get it fixed, I wouldve asked the lady to do it properly but i cant stand her complaining about my first request...unlikely that id sit there while she made it worst!
All staff are lovely. Brad is a top lad. Prices are decent. £15-£22 for Cut/Wash/Finish. Best hairdressers on Ecclesall road by far and I have tried a fair few along that road. Quality hair cut aswell, whole family have been going there since it opened. Bus stop bang outside and easy parking on the road behind the shops.
