   Purchased my first pair of running trainers, I wanted some professional advice on which I should buy. The member of staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, he didn't try and belittle me which I know can happen in specialist shop like this one. Great shopping experience and a reason why we still need high street shops, could never get this level of service off the Internet.

   I came in yesterday and just wanted some advice as I previously had a gait test done at a different running shop and the shoes recommended were causing injuries. I can't remember the name of the person who served me, but they were BRILLIANT. He did another gait test with me, walked me through potential shoes and how they should fit and had a look at a pair of trainers on me to check the fit. I had even mentioned beforehand that I wasn't likely to be buying anything that day but he still helped me out as much as he possibly could. If you're a runner and are unsure of what shoes to get I would 100% recommend coming here as I had such a good experience!

   I went in yesterday afternoon and asked for a gait analysis as I have lost my orthotics and have been experiencing pain, the gentleman who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic, listened to everything I needed and chose footwear based on my needs and the analysis, unfortunately they didn't have the correct colour that I could wear for work in stock so he checked stocks across stores for me and let me take a photo of his computer screen so I could source the right pair online which I did actually manage to do last night. I was given several pairs and sizes to try after discussing previous running shoes and what I currently wear. I am disappointed that I didn't get to purchase in store because he was very attentive and knowledgeable , without pushing anything on me or forcing any kind of sale. I will certainly be back!
